Frances Crook OBE, Chief Executive of the Howard League for Penal Reform speaks during a demonstration outside Westminster Magistrates Court against Government cuts to legal aid, as across England and Wales criminal barristers hold a half-day stoppage, the first such action by lawyers in British history.
