London, 08th July 2015. Protesters against Chancellor George Osbourne's budget come together in a demonstration they call "Balls to the budget". Anti-austerity and disability campaigners released multi-coloured balls into Whitehall outside Downing Street in protest at what they see as a budget which persecutes and demonises benefit claimants, then marched past parliament and blocked Westminster Bridge.
